1. About these terms

These Terms of Use cover your use of www.ready2chef.com and the supply of goods by Zeftun Foods Private Limited under the Ready2chef brand. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Our Trade Terms apply in addition and cover the commercial details — rates, minimum order, payment, transport, risk, claims and returns. Where the two differ on a supply of goods, the Trade Terms apply.

2. Who we supply

We supply businesses buying in bulk for kitchen use or for resale — restaurants, central and cloud kitchens, caterers, hotels, resorts, homestays, canteens, messes, shops and sub-dealers.

We do not supply homes and we do not sell single small packs. Goods supplied by us are for commercial or professional use, and may be resold in their original sealed packs.

You must be legally able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you are ordering for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. This website

This website is for information only. There are no accounts, no online ordering, no cart and no online payment. Rates are not published here; they are shared on request because they change with pack size, quantity and destination.

Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and raise a proforma or tax invoice.

4. Information and pictures

We take care to describe products correctly, but we do not guarantee that everything on this website — pictures, descriptions, weights or availability — is free of error or fully current. Items may be temporarily out of stock, and manufacturers may change their formulation or packaging without notice.

Pictures are for illustration. Some may be digitally created or enhanced to show a category of product. Actual items may differ in size, colour, texture, aroma, appearance or packing because of natural variation, season, processing or a manufacturer update. This does not affect the genuineness or quality of what we supply.

Any cooking or usage suggestions we publish are for information only. Results vary with method and quantity.

5. Products and manufacturers

We supply company-sealed packaged goods sourced through authorised channels. We do not open, decant, repack or relabel them. The declarations, specifications and guarantees printed on the pack are the manufacturer's and reach you unchanged.

Where a problem relates to the manufacture, composition or condition of a sealed pack, we take it up with the manufacturer on your behalf using batch numbers and bill references. Our role there is to follow up the claim.

6. Allergens

Products we supply — spices, powders, blends, nuts, mixes and beverages — may be processed, packed or stored in places that also handle common allergens. Manufacturers take reasonable care, but the complete absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. If allergens matter for your kitchen, write to hello@ready2chef.com before ordering and we will share what the manufacturer declares.

7. Communication

We deal with customers mainly on WhatsApp, email and telephone. By enquiring or ordering, you agree to receive messages about rates, orders, despatch and accounts. Promotional messages are sent only if you have agreed, and you can stop them at any time by writing to hello@ready2chef.com.

When communicating with us you must not send unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or obscene content. We may keep business correspondence for our records.

8. Intellectual property

The Ready2chef name, logo, website design, text and graphics belong to or are licensed to Zeftun Foods Private Limited. You may not copy, republish, distribute or commercially use any part of this website without our written permission. Other companies' brand names and marks remain their property.

9. Limit of liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, floods, strikes, civil disturbance, road or port closure, government action, transport disruption or supplier failure. We will keep you informed and sort it out as quickly as we reasonably can.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
