1. Scope

This policy explains how Zeftun Foods Private Limited handles personal data in connection with the Ready2chef business and the website www.ready2chef.com. It is written with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law.

2. What we collect

Only what we need in order to quote, supply, deliver and bill:

• Business contact details — name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email
• Delivery information — address, pin code and, where relevant, the name of the person receiving goods
• Transaction records — orders, bills, payment references and correspondence
• Statutory details — GSTIN and, where applicable, FSSAI licence details of the buying business

This website has no accounts, no cart and no online payment. We do not collect card details, bank credentials or payment authentication data. Payments are made by bank transfer directly, and those records sit with your bank and ours.

3. Why we use it

To prepare quotations, confirm and fulfil orders, book transport and insurance on your instruction, raise bills, keep accounts, handle claims with transport companies and manufacturers, meet tax and food-safety record keeping requirements, and communicate with you about your orders.

We send promotional messages only where you have agreed. You may withdraw that at any time by writing to hello@ready2chef.com, and we will continue to send only messages about your orders.

4. Who we share it with

• Transport companies — consignee name, address, phone number and parcel details, so your goods can be delivered
• Insurers — parcel details where you have asked us to arrange insurance, or where a claim is made
• Manufacturers — batch and bill references where we raise a product claim for you
• Our advisers and authorities — accountants and auditors, and any authority entitled to the information by law

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising platforms or marketing partners, and we do not upload customer lists for ad targeting.

If our business or part of it is transferred to another company, customer records may transfer with it. We will tell you if that happens.

5. Cookies

This is a static information website. It does not need cookies to work and does not use advertising or tracking pixels.

6. Reviews and testimonials

We will not publish your name, business name or comments in our marketing without asking you first.

7. How long we keep it

Transaction records, bills and related correspondence are kept for as long as required under tax, company and food-safety law, and for a reasonable period after that to deal with any claim. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it where we are not required to keep it, and to withdraw consent to any processing based on consent. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and limit access to those who need it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.

Links from this site to other websites are for convenience. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published here.

Grievance officer

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer.

Jurisdiction
