- and other transport companies where they serve your location better
Door delivery or collection
You choose. Door delivery brings the parcel to your shop or kitchen. Collection from your nearest transport office usually costs less. We quote both before you order.
How every parcel is sent
1. Packed in sealed cartons, with original company packs inside.
2. Weighed and photographed before it leaves, so there is a record of every parcel.
3. Booked with transport the same or next working day.
4. LR number sent to you on WhatsApp the same day, so you can track it.
Transport cost
Transport is shown as a separate line on your bill, so you always see the product rate and the transport cost apart. We send the transport cost for your pin code before you order. The minimum order depends on your distance from us and is agreed on WhatsApp.
If a parcel arrives short or damaged
Write it on the transport company's LR at the time of delivery, before you sign, and send us photos. That note on the LR is what makes a claim possible. We then follow up with the transport company for you. Returns & Claims | Ready2chef →
