We book VRL, Delhivery or whoever suits your area. You pay exactly what they charge.

The further your kitchen is from a big market, the harder it is to know what you are actually getting. Cheaper grade sold as good grade. Loose powder in a plain bag. Old stock. No bill, and nobody to answer for it.
Every pack reaches you sealed, with the batch number and expiry printed by the company. Every item can be traced back to our purchase bill.
We never open, weigh out or repack anything.
Fresh stock
Good expiry, every order.
Stock is rotated first in, first out, and expiry is checked before we pack your order. If any item is running short dated, we tell you before we send it and let you decide.
Heat and damp spoil masala faster than time does, so stock is kept sealed, cool, dry and off the floor.
If something is wrong with a pack.
Tell us. We take it up with the company for you, with batch number and bill. We are not the manufacturer — but chasing it is our job, not yours.

We will
- Supply original company packs, never loose material
- Charge transport at actual cost, nothing added
- Offer insurance at actual cost on every parcel
- Weigh and photograph every parcel before sending
- Follow up with transport and company for your claims
- Tell you if a local supplier works out better for you
We will not
- Open, repack or relabel anything
- Hide transport or insurance inside the rate
- Send short dated stock without telling you first
- Change what is in the box to win an order
- Sell single small packs, or sell to homes
- Promise a delivery date transport has not given us
