If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Shipping charges on purchase.
Shipping charges apply on the products you buy, based on weight/your location and other conditions. The shipping charges will need to be paid by the customers while ordering the products.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines.
Confirmed orders will be shipped from our warehouses within 3 to 5 days, depending on stock availability and will be delivered within 5-15 days depending on location of delivery. While we will endeavor to make the deliveries at the earliest, for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier service disruptions, we cannot be held responsible.
